The 30 Day Workout For Men

The 30-Day Workout is for men. It consists of two days of weightlifting and two days with cardio. One rest day is included. You can either do it at home, or in a gym. It includes three sets of each exercise, aiming for fifteen repetitions per set. For advanced exercisers, you can do 20 repetitions per set.
